About Link Parks

Luke is Link Logistics’ chief executive officer, responsible for the company’s strategic direction with a particular focus on driving profitability, enhancing customer outcomes and building a winning corporate culture.

He has over 20 years of financial and global real estate management experience, most recently serving as president and chief executive officer of ShopCore Properties and LivCor. Luke previously held the positions of chief financial officer and treasurer of DDR Corporation, one of the largest owners of shopping centers in the U.S. While at DDR, he held responsibilities including capital raising activities, balance sheet management, lender relations and execution of various corporate-level transactions. Before DDR, Luke served as chief executive officer and executive director of shopping center owner EDT Retail Trust (formerly Macquarie DDR Trust) and as director of transactions for Rubicon Asset Management, where he oversaw approximately $5 billion of transactions across real estate and real estate structured finance markets in the U.S., Europe and Japan.

Luke received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Macquarie University. He is co-founder and chairman of CoreGiving, an organization that seeks to fight childhood hunger and food insecurity. In 2023, the nonprofit provided over 20 million meals and mobilized more than 2,400 volunteers in over 60 cities nationwide on CoreGiving Day. Luke is also a member of Inc. Masters, a private community of founders and CEOs whose firms have appeared on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing and most innovative private companies in the U.S. EY recognized him as an Entrepreneur of the Year® 2023 New York Finalist. He is a trustee and former member of the executive board for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He also serves as a board member of World Business Chicago, Chicago’s public-private economic development agency. Luke and his wife, Chantal, have three children and moved from Australia to the U.S. 13 years ago. They enjoy spending time together at the beach, skiing and watching the Cleveland Browns.

Joseph (“Joe”) is managing director for Link Parks, responsible for a national portfolio spanning approximately 16 million square feet of infill assets. Overseeing operating performance including leasing, property operations and construction, he partners with the company’s overall operating platform and Customer Solutions teams to maximize the value of Link Logistics’ scale, access to data and in-market expertise. He has previous experience overseeing markets along the West Coast. Most recently, he was managing director for Link’s western portfolio—a 70 million square foot region spanning high-profile, high-growth markets including Southern California, Phoenix and Las Vegas. He has also overseen numerous joint ventures throughout his career.

Joseph has been with Link since 2019; he previously worked for Gateway Industrial, another Blackstone company that was merged with two others to form Link. Before joining Gateway, he was an executive director with Morgan Stanley’s real estate investment business, working for more than 10 years in the firm’s Atlanta and San Francisco offices. He held both acquisition and asset management responsibilities across several U.S. markets and real estate sectors while at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, he worked as an investment banker and was a captain in the United States Marine Corps.​

Joseph earned a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He has been active in NAIOP for most of his career, including serving on the board of the Inland Empire chapter since 2019 and as chapter president in 2021. Joseph is married and enjoys exercise, travel, amateur radio, sailing off the coast of Southern California and spending quality time with his son.

Christopher oversees strategy, leasing decisions, operations and property management for Link Parks assets in the D.C., Florida and Dallas markets. ​

Christopher joined Link in 2022 as part of the firm’s merger with PS Business Parks, where he spent more than 15 years in positions that spanned leasing, management and strategy functions. He was previously a leasing director and property manager for several years with Cummings Properties, a commercial real estate developer in the Boston area. Before that, he worked in financial services for six years. ​

Christopher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. He lives in suburban Maryland with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys cycling, college football and spending time at the Delaware shore.

Ngoc currently oversees the Pacific Northwest region for Link Parks, responsible for strategic planning and execution across leasing and operations. She partners throughout the firm to maximize the value of Link Logistics’ scale, access to data and in-market expertise.​

Ngoc joined Link in 2022 as part of the firm’s merger with PS Business Parks, where she last served as a regional vice president responsible for revenue across its Northern California industrial and multi-tenant commercial real estate portfolio. Previously, she spent six years on the brokerage side with NAI BT Commercial before it merged with Cushman & Wakefield.​

Ngoc earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in Silicon Valley with her husband and three young children and enjoys family adventures and cheering on Bay Area sports teams in her free time.

Erica is a senior vice president of leasing and operations at Link Parks, overseeing leasing, property management and operations for Link Logistics’ business park portfolio in Southern California.  Prior to joining Link in 2024, Erica was a portfolio manager at PIMCO in Newport Beach, where she led the firm’s private commercial real estate acquisition activities on the West Coast.

Before that, she was a vice president at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing in San Francisco, where she acquired and managed commercial real estate investments across all property types in the western U.S. for the firm’s opportunistic and core strategies.

Erica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Anthropology from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She enjoys long road trips, true crime podcasts, small towns (especially those featured in true crime podcasts) and being outside with her vizsla, Nugget.

Amanda is Link Parks’ vice president, Real Estate Operations, responsible for overseeing construction, evolving best practices and supporting operational excellence across Link Logistics’ business parks portfolio.  

Amanda previously served as Link Logistics’ vice president, head of Property Management, as well as the firm’s vice president, Property Operations, for the West Region. She joined Link in 2019 following the company’s acquisition of GLP. Leading up to the merger, Amanda served as vice president, Property Management, for GLP’s West Region, overseeing operations for a 60 million square foot portfolio while partnering with best-in-class third party firms. She was previously a senior real estate manager at CBRE with a focus on serving institutional clients. Over the course of her career in commercial real estate, Amanda has managed a variety of asset classes and, in addition to her focus on property management, has been involved in financing, transactions support, lease administration and capital project management.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a California native currently living the dream in Dallas, Texas, with her husband, three children and their much-loved dog. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and is working toward earning her black belt in Taekwondo.
